Default Upper control arm bushing torque specs?

I just replaced my upper control arms with OEM replacement arms, came with new bushings and ball joint and everything. The bolts going through the bushings seemed a little loose (not real bad) and I was just wondering if I should tighten them at all? Unfortunately it's pretty hard to get my torque wrench up in there, even with the shock removed. Helms does not list a torque spec for these bolts (not the bushing bolts that stick up through the shock tower, but the bolts that attach the actual arm to the bushings). Thanks for any help.

I'd guess around 16lb*ft for a M8 bolt or 36lb*ft for a M10 bolt. I removed the bushing brackets and installed them to the UCA's first.
