Default Upgrading brakes question

Well, my brakes are do for some attention. I have a 2k1 civic ex that I autoX often, and am hoping to do some track events next year. My question is I want to up-size my calipers (GSR if possible), What will I need to change. I know that I need to swap the rotors as well, but does anything else needed to be swaped?

any help would be awsome!

I may be wrong but I am almost certain that Integra brakes will not go onto 2001+ Civics.

regardless of whether or not they fit, say they do, do I need anything else besides the rotors and calipers?

not familiar with newer models of Civics, but on older models most Honda big-brake upgrades require the knuckles from the car with the larger size rotors.

not to be an ******* either, but the correct spelling is caliper, not caliber.
