Unstick a 02 sensor

Im trying to replace the 02 sensor in my gf's 91 civic dx. Its stuck like a ****. I have been spraying pb blaster on it for about 2 hours.... Anyone have any suggestions?

What if i took the Exhaust manifold off? I could get at the damn thing a little better then. or is this not a good idea?
