Default Unplugged cable

This weekend I installed a new low beam bulb on my 2006 Honda Accord V6 coupe. In order to do so I removed the battery along with the air filter housing. After I installed the bulb I was putting thing back to together and noticed this plug was unplugged (see image.) Now my car will not start. By accident the cable touched the fuse box and the engine sounded like it was about to start but nothing. When I turn the ignition I do not hear any clicking sounds as well. I have a feeling once I find where this cable goes, my problem will be solved. The cable it is about 4-6 inches with a metal male terminal.

It runs to your starter. It looks like it was pulled out from the back of the connector. Wherever it goes the connector is still attached. And for future refrence you can change the bulbs threw the wheel well, just loosen up the fender liner shield and they are right there.

Ditto the above, it is the starter solenoid lead, it also looks like you have blown the main fuse. 94
