For some reason the exhaust pops constantly at idle. anyone else going through the same problem with uberdata? what do you guys think i should do? what columns of the lo fuel map should i modify if you think thats the reason behind it? also in the uberdata forum i see that some ppl say change your fuel cut valve to 14 with a stock map.. what does this do exactly and why? I did it and it really didnt change anything so i put it back to 24.
Thats kinda weird mine did that through out the engine life and I recently blew the head gasket. I pulled the head off and found number 4 piston melting on the outside edges on the intake side it slowly got worse 3-2-1.. We tried tunning out the popping forever nothing.. I am not saying that that was the reason but my car ran great besides that.

hopefully it isnt that but i did sorta fixed the problem. well for some reason my motors vacuum pressure idle is at 16 so basically it was running hella rich at idle which caused the misfiring popping noise. so all i did was lean out the rpms i wanted in the 16 section and magic happend lol.. the popping stopped. hope this helps some ppl with the same problem..
