Default typical drivetrain lose

For a fwd auto such as my 08 accord 2.4 obviously it is rated at 177 at the fly. If its 30% which id think is really high it'd be around 120 whp at 20% which id think is more realistic it'd be just over 140 any idea what these engines typically make

Totally depends on the dyno you're using.
15% to 30% is in the neighborhood, depending on what you're using.

You could spend $75 and 1/2 hour to find out?
