Default Type R valvespring question

Im planing to put in a set of CTR cams and raise my rev limiter to 86K. will it be safe to just use the ITR inner valve springs with my stock Si outer springs and avoid valve float at 8600 rpm?? i also have the ITR retainers. need to know asap. thanks

You will want the itr OUTER intake valvesprings.
And yes you will want the inner springs on all 16.

ITR retainers are same as other b-series. steel.

Yes use the OUTER ITR springs and it should be fine. If you have a bit of cash to spear buy some portflow inners and you can rev it up to 9500rpm that's what I am using with my Jun 3's.
