Default type R throttle body Q's

first of all, i appreciate any help anyone has on this subject... I have an essentially stock R motor on a skunk 2 program (mainly just so i can be running obd I), and basic bolt on's... A friend of mine has a 68mm throttle body for sale and became interested into trading it for my R spec one.... Here are the Q's:

1. does anyone know what the size a stock type R throttle body is? (i totally should know this)

2. is there many advantages to getting the 68 mm throttle body?

3. should i do it? (cleshe' question i know)

thanks
