Type R swaybars on an EG6 civic
I believe that the front is a bolt on affair.
The rear, you will need Integra LCAs, a beaks kit and all the bushings, brackets associated with the sway bar.

You can go to http://www.geocities.com/bretq/swaybar_install.html for complete step-by-step instructions (with photos) for installing the Type-R rear swabyar on a '92-'95 Civic. My webpage also contains a complete parts list with part numbers.
If the car isn't equiped with a rear swaybar, you will need the following parts:
2 - lower control arms (LCA) from a '94-'01 Integra / '92-'95 Civic with rear swaybar / '93-'97 Del Sol with rear swaybar (I currently do not have this part number)
2 - endlink stablizers (52303-ST7-Z00)
2 - 10x42 bolt (90120-SB0-003) this bolt is for connecting the endlink stabilizer to the LCA
2 - 8x35 bolt (90175-ST7-Z00)
2 - 8x20 bolt-washer (93403-08020-08)
**-all these parts can be bought used from a salvage yard
