im getting a hold of a full type r.
i want the suspension from it for my eg....but i need the car to roll...so the question is...what all do i need to take off the type R...and can i fit stock civic suspension back onto the type r...nothing perfect...but enough to roll good...i know what you are all thinking, but its legit...and i want to take advantage of this option.
so again...
what parts do i need off the type r ..
what do i need to put back on it...

 

Ok well, were all going to thing the same thing when you say you want to put your stock eg suspension back on the itr and make sure it rolls. Doesn't sound legit but anyway.
Grab the sway bar, lower control arms, brake knuckle hub assembly, shocks if you want. Anything you take from the ITR replace with your stock EG stuff.
If this car is legit and being parted out, do you have the ITR tranny for sale?

 

You might as well take all the suspension pieces and anything with a rubber bushing in it...they're stiffer.

 

the car is smashed on the passenger side, caved in the right door...so hard the door panel is cracked...anyway the car rolls and it needs to roll when im done...the complete drivetrain is there and will be for sale also, yes it will be legit, yes it will have all the #'s and yes the are spoken for at the moment...a few friends and i have all pitched in to buy this car, i got dibbs on the suspension for sure...maybe more...but for sure i can fit eg suspension????
rear also?? do i take the trailing arms and all brake lines or can i use mine...and can i use my eg struts since they are agx i wanna keep em...

 

just get some steel braided lines.....no use in gettin another set of rubber hoses
