Default Type R Springs, Retainers and clips

I was wondering if you guys thought that the type r valve springs, retainers and clips could hold 9200 rpm+ or will i need to go with aftermarket? I have heard that the Type R valve train is safe past this, and that the factory says the redline is 8400 on Type R but is actually 9200? Have you guys heard that too?

Also, how much should I expect to pay for engine blueprinting?

Later! Mike
