type r header

i was just wondering if this catalytic converter would fit on my itr header http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors...QrdZ1 also would i need the header gasket for a complete seal? thanks

one end will fit but the other end wont fit in your existing exhaust pipe.
the other end should be shape like a triangle.
