Default type r crank in ls block

spun rod bearing in ls motor and have a type r crank was wondering if there was any benifets useing the type r crank in the ls and would i be losing hp or gaining and can i use the type r craddle on the ls block..

you can use the itr crank.
you would need itr/gsr rods to go along with them though.
you cannot use the itr/gsr girdle without making the necessary modifications.
