Default type r crank in b16 block??

i have a b16 that is sleeved and bored to 85mm i was wondering, would the type r crank drop into the motor and give me more displacement without major modification, the motor is fully built.

as you have it now= no workie.

you need custom rods or pistons to be able to use the p73 crank

The rods you would need would be even shorter than the pr4's. Dont do it.
