two tech ? 91 civic electronics
91 civic hatchback; dual port injection.
I started pulling the wiring for a project; may have cut impatiently.
Where is the atmospheric pressure sensor located, what does it look like, and do I need it for the motor to run properly?
Can anyone explain how the electronics in the distributor works? Specifically,
I am trying to adapt fuel injection to a random vehicle, and cannot put that one on. The motor to be injected has a Pertronix igniter and vacuum advance, if that helps.

I found and reattached the pressure sensor.
I understand the basics of the ignition system (and distributors). I need Honda-specific info on how the power flows in the module, what each wire does, so that I can make a substitute for the new engine.
__
I have a Chiltons', so I know where each wire goes, but not the significance of what it does; how it affect the rest of the system. Some are for the ignition, some are for the injection.
Also, do I need the speed sensor for anything?

the dizzy sounds like a d16a1 86-87 acura integra dizzy now if you want to know what the sensors in the dizzy do let me know
My main question for that is: Do I need both of those sensors to run the fuel injection? I won't be using the Honda ignition, so if I can do without one of those sensors, it would be good.
I think I've found a way to attach the dizzy rotor to the engine, if necessary. If I can get access to a machine shop.
