I NEED HELP WITH MY TURN SIGNALS!!!

Can I use 1157 Bulbs for my 98 Honda Civic? Or can I only use 3496. Can someone please help me out? If I can only use 3496 can someone please direct me to a site where I can buy a pair? Thanks Much!! THERE NOT THE REGULAR BULBS. I NEED THEM FOR HYPER WHITE.

OK...first off, I have no idea what bulb numbers they are. I just know that on my 97 Civic, I can use the bulb number that manual at Pep Boys recommends, which cost about $10-12/pair (kinda rectangular shaped), or there is another set that is also dual filament and the voltage but only cost like $2-3/pair (circular like a regualar bulb).
