Default Turn signal problems.

The turn signals on my 94 integra ls aren't working properly and I need help. If I turn the key to the on position and try the signals they work fine. If I start the car my turn signals will only work if my radio is on and the antenna is up. Radio and antenna has been acting real funny too, sometimes the radio is on but the antenna is still down, then the signals don't work. Sometimes the my clock will blink at the same speed as my turn signal. If I have my headlights on my signals don't work at all. When I'm driving and I step on the brake pedal my turn signals stop working but when I do step on the brake my turn signals will light up on the outside not on the dash though. It seems like there is not enough power to power everything. I am thinking it is a bad ground. But I have no clue where to start as to which ground and where the hell it is. I've been searching for hours. ANYONE KNOW WHATS GOING ON?
