How Do I change the turn signals off a 98 Civic LX? Do I have to remove the bumper? Sorry for the NOOBIE questions. Thanks

 

Remove or drop the bumper down to expose the bolts-

 

Is that the only way? Removing the bumper?

 

I remove the screws/clips on the top of the bumper cover and the two screws at the fender well and then pull and drop the cover down. You can cut big holes in the bumper with scissors if you like or melt it off with a soldering iron.

Are you asking about bulbs or assemblies?

For bulbs- just pull the fender liner back to expose the bulb socket

I'm asking about changing the turn signal bulbs without having to remove the bumper. I recently cleared out the amber in my headlights so I can save $130.00 and I noticed that they only way to take the turnsignal bulbs out is to remove the bumper. Is there another way? Thanks for helping out this noobie.
