Default Turbo Problems

I have a 96 civic. It has a built GSR motor under the hood and a custom turbo kit. I have a skunk 2 jumper harness to convert my car to obd1. Im currently using a stock p72. My car is running 7lbs right now to break it in. My car keeps throwing code 43 which is a Fuel System Supply code. I have replaced the injectors, fuel pump to a 255, fuel filter, I have taken off the fuel rail and cleaned it out, replaced the fuel lines and put a different presure regulator on it. My car has a vortech 12:1 fmu. My car threw this code before the turbo went on the motor. My air/fuel guage is on lean at idle and stoich with my foot on the gas. The guage stays in one spot and doesnt move from lean to rich. I have replaced the O2 sensor 3 times and tried 2 comps now and the same thing. At this point any info is helpful. Any ideas????

Are you postive it is code 43?

Is there a possibility you are off? Even the slightest possibility?

Do you have just the intank fuel pump? Alot of people have problems and you might want to add an in-line fuel pump. Move over to the Forced Induction board and ask there. I'm sure they'll tell you the same thing. Your running lean cause you need an in-line fuel pump.
