Default turbo ls question..........................

if i wanted to turbo an ls would it be a good idea to replace all that **** like pistons, rods, the valves, springs, retainers, etc. with stronger more performance components that could handle the turbo or can i just turbo the stock engine?

you'll be fine, just keep it below a safe level of psi. Ls is low compression, so you can boost them pretty high.

im daily driven at 11 psi, more than 6 months , racing and drivin hard.

I here ppl have gone to 15 psi, but im not sure whats high for an LS. safe side stay below 10psi.
