TURBO

some kid is trying to sell me a IHI RHB5 turbo and i was wondering if it is any good?

Best suited for the FI forum, but it all depends on the shape of the turbo. Allot goes into designing and making a turbo. no company makes a fresh from the factory crappy turbo.
