Default Tunning issue? clutch issue?

I just recently got my jdm h22a "tuned". It baselined at 136hp and roughly 116ft tq(WTF!).
The final pull was at 180whp and 140ft tq with a bottle necked exhaust. Tuning was done with

a a/f ratio of 14.5till 6 grand where it richened at 13.8 on a hondata s200 p72.(i don't

know if those are good a/f numbers) I was expecting 195+whp. I thought those numbers were rather

weak. I did a compression test and came out to 250(seems kinda high, thanks hmotors!) across

the board(test was done with main relay unplugged dizzy unplugged all 4 plugs out WOT). The

car gets HORRIBLE gas milage. I go through a full tank(8 gallons) and not even reach

100miles. No cels. Still feels sluggish.

Curious of what times i'll put down i go to the track(i figure a with lsd and 180whp i

should be able to lay down a nice 13 second number.) My times were:

14.5 @ 93mph 2.3 60ft .395 r/t
14.4 @ 90mph 2.2 60ft .349 r/t
14.5 @ 96mph 2.3 60ft .123 r/t
14.6 @ 95mph 2.4 60ft .211 r/t

This was my first time ever racing a car at the track, first run i was on the clutch first

second and third gear lol..i thought i was spinning till i smelt the clutch =x!. I'm driving

on bridgestone s03's and they were at 18psi of air. My car is a 92 cx that weighed in at

23xx with me and 21xx without me(semi gutted, no jack, spare, with gsr leathers front and back, no carpet so insulation no sound deading material no plastics in the rear.) i weight in at 130.My question is Why am i running like

***...lol...could it be the tune? and why is my car so dam heavy! lol thanks for any advice.(Sorry for the novel i tried to fit as many questions that were gonna get asked in there as possible.) Could it be my stock clutch not holding without me knowing?Could it be my o2 sensor? a bad tune? i dunno...help please!

i asked in the prelude section but got no answers...
