tuning up

hello guys i just bougth at civic si 2000 stock but i dont know what the best way to get run a little bit faster my budget is 500 bucks and if someoneis selling something good let me know

I would do basics like intake, header, and exhaust. If those are done Id get a set of cams, valvesprings, and retainers.
