Default Tuning Toda B Spec's....

I am planning on buying a Toda head pkg. (B spec cams / gears / valvetrain) in the near future for my '00 Si and was wondering what i should run for tuning. I wont have the money right away for a PowerFC but i was considering a VAFC and OBD-1 conversion w/ chipped ECU.

What advantages are there to adding the OBD-1 setup (p28)? Additional tuning capabilites? I'd like to free up as much power as possible (obviously) but should i bother in investing in OBD-1 or just wait and get a PowerFC??

obd 1 has alot less emissions **** to deal with as well as bypasses your secondary o2 sensor. Also i would go hondata before power fc is nice but crazy expensive and if you want obd1 anyways just go with hondata.
