hi, i'm currently putting together a custom turbo and plan on building up my engine a little at a time but have little experience with cars. i'm wondering if any of ya'll know any good shops around SoCal that can do dyno testing and help me tune my car as i build it up. also, how does dyno tuning work? i'm very new at this so please understand. do i need to know how to read a dyno graph and do my own tuning or is there a mechanic that does the work? how bout pricing? i've heard that they charge by the hour but is that only for the time on the dyno? thanx
