Your chip is probably fucked up. Put the stock program back in if you can. It sounds like you're in limp mode, which is not fun. This is usually caused by internal ecu failure of some sort, and chipping an ecu with an unknown program is a good way to make the ecu go screwy.

Yes that is what I think! You can cut the J1 jumper on the circuit board to set you back to the factory program! For pics of this check out http://www.hyperducktuning.com to see pics of your ECU so you can set it back to factory settings and see if that works!
