Default Tuning air / fuel at partial throttle question (no cat)

The target air / fuel is 14.7 all the way up to 757 mb.

From what I have read, this is allow the cat. converter to work at maximum efficiency....

What about on vehicles that don't have cats (such as race cars that use test pipes).
What should the target lambda or air / fuel be for catless motors?
