Default TruFilter anti drain back valve

i bought a TruFilter a few months and havent put it on yet. i know it doesn't have an anti-drain back valve but never really thought about til now. should i be worried about the unfiltered oil going back in the motor when i turn it off?

i plan on using a remote oil filter mount that will be mounted above the stock mount...so all that nasty oil will flow back into the motor...think all of the debris caught in the filter element will fall off and flow back too? or should i find somewhere level with the stock mount to put the remote mount?

sorry if these questions come off as ignorant...
