Trouble with OBD1-OBD2 ECM
Here's the problem.
I have a 1991 JDM B16 in my 2000 Honda Civic Si.
The CEL came on, and I took the car to the dealership. They told me I had the wrong ECU on the motor. It also practically refuses to start in cold weather. It cranks for a while, and then finally starts up.
I was told by the technician working on my car that I would need to source the original ECU for the motor (PR3).
However, I was told by others that my 2000 Honda Civic Si ECU (P2T?) would work with the motor.
I'm confused, and need to get this fixed.
Thanks for any help!
