Default Trouble adjusting idle

So I understand that in order to adjust the idle, you need a flathead screwdriver and turn the idle screw that’s located on the throttle body to your desire. But, the issue is that there is no idle screw located anywhere on the throttle body and it doesn’t look like it was manufactured with one. It’s a 1995 GS-R engine and it idles around 1,200 RPM. If anyone could help with some guidance, it would be greatly appreciated.
