Just this morning i'm getting a whining sound from the transmission which is gone immediately after i shut off and start the car again. When i shut the car off I can hear the whine slow down and stop with a higher pitch.

With or without my clutch depressed it makes this noise. Would this be the ISB or throwout bearing? Or even something completely different
