i have a problem i am getting a Jdm B20B and need a tranny i have a person who has put this offer to me : 2 hydro transmission.. a LS & GSR,, both needs new gear differential $100 for the LS and $150 for the GSR ..

How much will this cost me to fix either one? Can somebody help me out?

if it needs a new diff, you can find them stock used all over for cheap. Hell i have a parts ls trans ill sell the differential out of for $50.

The question is, is are you sure thats the only issue and that something didn't grenade in the tranny and reek havoc on other parts?

 

i'll take the diff from you, the diff problem is the only problem i know about, lmk if you want to sell that diff

Better to crack it open and check the internals first. You might be buying a $150 boat anchor. Be wise with your cash. If they really want to sell it...they will open it up for you
