Default Transmission problems in SI

I am currently haveing a couple problems with my transmission.l It seams fluid is leaking from the diff oil seals, where the half shafts are inserted in the tranny. I would like to know if you need to drop the tranny to install new seals, or you can do it by pulling the axles, and then prying out the old seal, and pushing in a new one, does it work that way? And also I was bleeding my slave cylinder, and the fluid that came out with the bubbles was very black. How would you go about changing the fluid... and do you have to use the honda brake fluid? Thanks, John.

pop out axles- pop out seals- push in new ones

suck out fluid from reservoir (turkey baster), clean reservoir, fill- open bleeder (pedal up), fill as needed until half bottle of fluid is gone- don't have to use honda fluid but I would recommend it.
