Default transmission oil lines/speed cable

Does anybody knows where the two oil lines connect that is hooked up to the speedometer cable asembly on the trany, if so where do I connect them to or what are their purpose. By the way its for a 1993 Acura integra B18A1 Ls/CRX. If any body has any info it would be great, its only temporary till I find out where do those two oil lines connect to.Will it damage the tranny if I do so(ride without it hooked up).

The two lines beside the speedometer cable run to the power steering pump. To be honest not entirely sure why this is, just know it from a recent clutch install.
