I have also seen Gear Speed advertizing bearings. You might try them (or one of their dealers). I believe there is a sponsor thread for them.

but I saw in another post you are looking for some CPRs
I have a set of 17 x 7 +35 offset 4x114 Dunlop CPRS
they come with 3 michelin 215 45 tires (brand new) mounted and balanced
