Default Trans. Hydro to cable conv.

I was planning on putting a first gen b16 in my 96 civic and I heard there is a kit for changing the hydro tranny to a cable. Does anyone have any exp. with it? Thank you!

They are referring to the way the clutch is actuated. Hydro means a Hydraulic clutch. Cable refers to a cable clutch. I believe Honda switched to the hydraulic clutches in 1994 but I am not sure about every model. You can check by popping your hood, and looking next to your brake fluid reservoir. If you see another, smaller reservoir then you have a hydro.
