Default Tranny question

Here's the situation. I drive a 2001 Honda Prelude. I noticed that everytime i shift into any gear, Im binding. Does that automatically mean its a new clutch/flywheel? Is it something with the gears or synchros? Im not a car buff and i want a 2nd opinion. I do have the stock clutch on there still. (i have roughly 70K miles). thnx for any help and opinions you can give.
