Default Tranny Noise (((LSD)))

here is the old post https://honda-tech.com/zero...age=2

Well guys, after 3 weeks the tranny is back in and guess what.. still the same noise
It wasnt shimed first time so my friend took it out and made sure all the clearences were correct but we still have the noise. I also asked my mechanic, he took a ride in it and said it sounds like ring/pinion is not aligned right so it sounds like straight cut gears. Idk what to do, hate to take the tranny out again but i dont think i have a choice.
What are you guys thoughts on this??
I def. want to fix this before puting the turbo on.

Well here is an update.
Been driving the car with the noise for a week or so then one day it just went.
It was very hard to shift and when i put the car in neutral and took my foot off the clucth, it stalled. It was staying in gear or someting. Pulled it out AGAIN and tore it up. Turns out the LSD bearing went and the whole dif. moved, hiting the case and chipping most of the teeth on the final drive. I didnt hear and crunching noises but it happeend. Now waiting for the final drive to arrive in the mail, hopefully this week. Will update as soon as its fixed and runing.

UPDATE:
Well the new final drive arrived and guess what, they sent the wrong F-ing one so that had to go back and now waiting for the correct one to come in. Received the bearings already so hopefully soon as the gear comes in this thing can be done. Sucks, the summer is almost over and i drove the car maybe a week

Haha.. another UPDATE: @#$#$%$%w##%t

So it turns out the ring gear was the correct one after all. Turns out the so called ITR LSD is not an ITR after all or maybe its from a different year, but i thought they all were the same
Anyways.. cant deal with this ish so puting the stock diff in there with the new ring gear so i can drive the damn car. Its been almost 3 months since i took it out and its been siting in the garage Hopefully this weekend it will be done lets just hope..
