I need Honda guru's help.

First I have an extra ys1 case half (the case farthest from the motor) now looking at i want to steal 5th gear out of it and put in my soon to come y1 LSD. How u get this gear out? And which gear is it, Near the diff and motor or nearer to the outer tranny/ pass side. im pretty good with motors and stuff but I've searched.

Next part is how does one rebuilt a tranny I've found a kit for the jdm y1, but i cant find info on a break down.

I reallize that this is a tough job, but i just want to try it for ***** and giggles
