So it grinds when the car is idleing with the clutch pedal up? Hmm something probably came loose. Did you use anything to hold the crank pulley while taking off the crankpulley? It could have loosened up the flywheel bolts.

Sounds like the input shaft bearing. It will make noise at a stop in neutral with the pedal up & go away when you press the pedal. If it's a gear grind, did you pull the trans out or drain the fluid or pull the axles out or anything? If you pulled the trans, did you lose one or both dowel pins? Check the fluid level and make sure it's full if you think it's a gear grinding. If you don't use the dowel pins the trans will NOT line up how it's supposed to with the clutch & flywheel, you WILL get all sorts of noises/problems including complete transmission failure &/or engine failure. If it's more of a chattering noise then it's probably the input shaft bearing.
Since you say you didn't mess with trans at all, then I'd be willing to bet it's just unlucky that it decided to start making noise at this time. Still I'd double check the fluid level just to make sure you aren't low.
