trailing arm alignment
I did a gsr brake swap on my EG a couple months ago. At the time I did a quick eyeball alignment and left it for good. The other day i did a more extensive alignment with a tape measure, straight edge, calculator and some trig. everything is good except for my passenger side has greater offset. The bottom of the tire sticks out past the lines of the body, on the other side the tire is within the body lines .
I personally pulled the swap from a local yard. It was off of a 99 gsr with front end damage. Should be straight! Anyways, long story short; What could be causing the offset. Could faulty TA bushings be the problem? OEM replacement?
I have autocrossed the car, no problems. Above posted speed runs, no shake, so drift.

The trailing arm bushings should control front rear motion and if theyre that bad possible some set back. As far as the tire/wheel being further in at the bottom. You may have something bent. If you do decide to replace the TA bushings use OEM or Mugen.
I've got ingall's uppers , so camber is set the same for both sides. I would say the left tire at the botttom is 1 inch out. I really don't want to believe that the TA is bent

If the bottom of the tire is out further than the top, you have a camber problem... look for a bent upper control arm, it could not be the lower being to long, a bad bushing, etc. You would know if it were a bushing! It would be makeing some serious noises.
By bending the upper control arm, you shorten it thus pulling in the top of the tire towards the body.
Now you tell us you have a camber kit!

Of course the alignment machine is my best answer, but the tire store(aka Firestone) wants $50 to take it to stock specs. Who wants stock?? It's going to cost me $80 to get 0 toe across the board with -1.5 up front on camber and -1.0 in the back. Of course when I autox I shift the front to -2.5 so it jacks the $80 I spent when I try to return it to -1.5. Oh yeah skunk2 uppers on the front!
