Default traction bars??

I've got a quick question about trction bars. I have a 2000 Si and was wondering if I could run these everday, like for daily driving. Also, do I need a specific suspension setup for them? And how hard is the install? And whoever has this mod, were there any results? Sorry for all the questions, I have just never heard of any good/bad things from these, I have heard nothing about them. I have them on my '71 roadrunner, noticed a huge difference, but the ones for my Si look alot more complex then the ones on my other car. BTW my setup is GC coilovers/tokico blues. Thanks for all the help!!

I have the Z10's and they are fairly simple to install. One thing I have noticed is that you feel every bump in the road with them. The main reason to get them is to reduce/eliminate wheel hop characteristic of high hp Honda's.

thanks for the help. But was there a noticable difference with them? And they are ok for everyday driving?

Yes, they help-wheel hop now=Zero. And they are o.k. for every day driving. Two things: my car is lowered and the front bar mounts are lower than the tow hooks that they replaced. I have to be careful going into and out of driveways. And like I said in my first response, you feel every bump in the road. But I can live with that because they lowered my 60' times.
