Default TPS Reading problems and VAFC (turbo)

Hi Guys,

Just finished putting my block back in and I came across the tps signal that's bugging me. When the ignition is ON, I get the normal voltage readings from the TPS at closed and WOT positions. But, once I start the engine, the VAFC doesn't read the voltage anymore, just sits at 0%

It's been fine before I swapped out my block. Could I be missing some ground wire, or could my throttle cable be way off??

this sucks! thanks
Trac

My battery voltage just picked up to normal and my idle seems a lot better. But I am still having problems reading the TPS when the engine is on.
