IS this a TPS problem ??? Car has a hard time of starting !
the car just started doing this , it cranks but doesnt start till like 4 turns later !!
BUT when its started it runs fine !!! I just put in new plugs, cap and rotor and i just changed the ECAV valve on the intake !! and it still does it , it sounds like its not getting enough fuel or something !!! IT DOESNT SPIT OUT ANY CODES !!

Are you waiting long enough for the fuel pump to pressurize the rail? -not saying that that is the problem, but a clogged fuel filter can exacerbate the problem.
If you think the TPS is off, use a multimeter and test the voltage at the TPS harness. Should be .45V.
Edit: Couldn't be the starter if it cranks over quickly and strongly.

i accidently had the TPS sensor disconnected on my lude for a few days, and it started normally. i got a cel from that though...
Who made the cap and rotor? Can't go wrong with OEM. Since you had the problem before the change, it probably isn't a factor.
Too many things could be the culprit here. Need more detail to guess. Like... always happens, or only when engine is hot/cold? Is the interrior hot when it happens? ect.

cap and rotor are both new from Acura,
I JUST noticed something a little weird though, it starts on the first turn WHEN you dont wait for the check to go off BUT when you wait fot the check engine light to go off on the ignition position it takes like three - four turns before it starts !!
Can anyone EXPLAIN or Figure OUT this problem ???

So you tested for spark and fuel pressure when cranking the engine? You'll need an extra hand but you'll be able to see if you're gettin spark at all on the first couple of cranks and if fuel pressure is dropping. Just a thought.
