Default torqueing flywheel and clutch

can somebody please tell me how many pounds to torque down my flywheel and clutch on a 92 Integra LS motor? thanks.

19 on the Pressure Plate, 87 on the flywheel.

[e]Zero on the clutch
[ee] For the flywheel first torque in a crisscross pattern to 10 pounds then crisscrosss to 19 so it will seat under even load
