I would go for something of a bit higher quality. Don't buy a piece of crap that you'll need to replace in 5 years; also, lower quality wrenches might not be calibrated as well as other brands. The "lowest quality" brand I would go with would be Craftsman (not that Craftsman is bad, but it's the cheapest quality tool. Then you start getting into MAC, Snap-On, etc).
