Default Torque Wrench question?

I have a ls/vtec setup and recently oil has been leaking out of the valve cover. Does anyone know how much pressure I should torque the valve cover to without doing any damage to it. The gasket is new, so that is not the problem. Thanks in advance.

Don't overtorque them, they snap very easily.
