Default Torque specs

Hi
We are from south africa and have a 1986 honda 150 and in the manual it states that on the second stage the headbolts should be torqued to 60 Nm. What are the maximum torque these bolts couls handle.

Does any one know

Probably somewhere around 60 Newtons per meter?

I don't know the torque specs for the bolts you are talking about, but do not exceed the specs that your shop manual gives. You will exceed the bolt's capacity and over stretch it.
