does anyone know torque specs for arp head studs in a b16a???

70 lbs with arp moly assembly lubrica t, or 85lbs with 30wt motor oil. right off arp instructions

10lb. for the stud use assembly lub, then first 30lb on the nut, and then 70lb...

My ARP sheet recommended 65 ft. lbs. because of the expansion rate of aluminum. I used that. But it also says 70 ft. lbs before that, but since the head is aluminum i went ahead and opted for the aluminum recommendation. ?
