Actaully strap-on doesn't sell IR however, I have heard them claim to own IR.
Its BS. They just want your money. I use the IR 2131a and have NEVER encountered a problem with crank pulley bolts. I paid $200 for mine.
The crank pulley holder is good. i just put a short breaker bar on it and turn the engine until the breaker bar is supported by suspension components to hold the pulley still.
